What exactly do I send you?
A link to the film — Vimeo, YouTube, Dropbox, WeTransfer, anything. If you have the project files or the original generations, send those too; it widens what can be fixed in place rather than regenerated.
How is this different from asking my team what they think?
Your team generated the content, so they have watched it forty times and can no longer see it. More importantly, most of the ten failure modes are invisible unless you have spent years cutting, grading and directing real footage. You cannot audit for craft you have never practised.
What do I actually get?
A timecoded annotated review video walking through every issue on screen, a written report scoring each of the ten points by severity, a prioritised fix plan separating what is repairable in place from what needs regenerating, and an estimate to resolve it.
Will you just tell me to scrap it and start again?
Rarely. Most AI content fails on three or four of the ten points, and most of those are repairable without regenerating anything. The audit exists to find the cheapest route to something that lands.
Can you fix it as well as audit it?
Yes. Rescue work starts at £3,500 and works with your existing generations. Full rebuilds under my direction run £8,000 to £18,000. The audit fee is credited against either if you proceed within thirty days.
How fast?
Full Audit is 48 hours. Triage is three working days. If you are up against a conference date, say so and I will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
